Spa Policies Is there a minimum age for treatments? The Spa is appropriate for guests 12 years and above. What if I am late for my appointment? Please arrive at the Spa at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged. Your Spa experience is your time, and you should delight in it to the fullest. What is the cancellation policy? Should you need to change or cancel the appointment, two hours notice is required to allow us to reschedule your appointment, subject to space availability. What about payment for Spa services? For the time being, we only accept payment in Cash term. Credit cards are not acceptable. We are so sorry for the inconvenience and we will try to improve our service in the future. We will try to assist you in selecting treatments that best meet your needs. Please call 03-89221513 to speak with a representative. When should I arrive? To enhance your Spa experience, please arrive at the Spa at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. What about my jewelry and valuables? It is recommended to not bring any valuable items to our Spa. However, lockers are available for personal items. Items can be handed to our staff and we guarantee that items will be kept safely. Upon Arrival What should I wear during my treatment? You can come to our Spa wearing whatever is comfortable for you. We will provide the gown, disposable panties, breast cover, towel and bath robe for treatments purpose. What about my comfort? This is your time and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. If you experience discomfort due to room temperature, massage pressure, music volume or any other conditions, please tell your therapist immediately. Spa Services Are gift vouchers available from the Spa? Spa gift vouchers may be purchased at the counter. Health What if I have special health considerations? Please notify us if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. What if I am pregnant? There are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, but many can be enjoyed. Please notify us if you are pregnant when you make your appointments so that we can offer guidance. |
